1. Why isn’t my screenshot or thumbnail downloading?
Ensure that you’ve checked the “I agree to the Terms of Use” box. Also, select a resolution. Downloads are disabled if these steps are skipped.
2. I subscribed to Pro, but it’s not unlocking features.
Click the “Check Pro” button inside the extension popup. Make sure the email you entered matches the one used at checkout.
3. Why can’t I select Maximum Resolution?
Only Pro users have access to the Maximum Resolution option. Upgrade via the link inside the extension popup.
4. The extension popup doesn’t open or closes quickly.
Chrome may block extension popups on some YouTube pages. Try refreshing the page, and ensure the tab is not in Incognito Mode unless the extension is allowed there.
5. Why am I seeing a Terms of Use warning?
The download button will remain disabled until you agree to the Terms of Use. This is to protect creators and ensure content is used fairly.
